Health and Safety
Feeling sick or stressed? WELLWVU can help with on-campus healthcare, counseling
services and wellness programs. Don’t forget to say hi to Gretel, the therapy dog,
when you visit.
Our campus is generally very safe, and WVU Police officers patrol 24/7 to make sure
it stays that way. Residence halls are staffed around the clock. No one can enter
a residence hall after midnight without a valid resident identification card.
When emergencies do arise, WVU Alert messages quickly notify the community. You also

Play Store, for an on-the-go connection with authorities and your family and friends.
