Career Profile

The WVU School of Nursing offers the Master of Science in Nursing (M.S.N.) degree with the following areas of emphasis: Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP), and Nursing Leadership. A master's in nursing equips graduates with the skills and advanced training needed to give high quality nursing care in a specialized role. The school also offers post-master’s certification programs in these areas for those who already hold an MSN.
