Second Degree / Re-Applying Applicant
You are considered a second degree applicant if you have previous applied, and attended West Virginia University for graduate school. You are considered a re-applying applicant if you previously applied but did not attend West Virginia University for graduate school.
How to Apply as a Second Degree / Re-Applying Applicant
To apply to West Virginia University as a Second Degree / Re-Applying Applicant you:
- Cannot use the account / application you previously created and submitted
- Must create a new account / application with a unique email address and,
- Pay the $60 application fee*

Official Undergraduate Transcripts
If you previously submitted your official undergraduate transcripts with your first WVU graduate school application you do not have to resubmit. We recommend submitting your official undergraduate transcripts only if there has been a change in your academic record since your last submitted application.
