GASAC
This page houses information for the Graduate Admissions Strategic Action Council (GASAC), which is comprised of Dean appointed, influential enrollment management and marketing/communications representatives from each college/school.
The members of GASAC are tasked with bringing concerns and ideas to the larger group, disseminate information to and collect feedback from their respective college/school, as well as assist OGAR with crucial initiatives to help support graduate enrollment growth across the University. GASAC discussions include but are not limited to:
1. Barriers/concerns to graduate education
2. Graduate admissions infrastructure
3. Marketing and recruitment strategies and tactics
4. Strategies and tactics for graduate admissions growth and sustainability
Appointed members are required to attend each scheduled meeting. If the appointed member cannot attend it is their responsibility to alert OGAR and find a substitute to attend in their place. Two or more absences (without indicating a substitute) will result in OGAR requesting a new appointed member from your college/school.
Note: GASAC meeting minutes can be found in the Graduate Admissions and Recruitment Sharepoint.
