Higher Education Curriculum and Teaching
Students earn a Master of Arts Degree in Education with a major in Higher Education Curriculum and Teaching. This program provides knowledge and skills in curriculum development, teaching strategies, education psychology, and a general background in higher education. Electives allow students to continue to improve their knowledge of their particular content area of interest at the graduate level. The flexibility of the program lends itself to certified teachers, instructors in higher education, international students, students interested in pursuing a doctoral program, and others who are interested in teaching in higher education.
