WVU and WVU Medicine employees who are interested in graduate education must fill out an online application and submit all University and program-required documentation to be considered for admission. In addition, WVU and WVU Medicine employees are eligible for some financial benefits:
Waivers
Application Fee
Current full-time, benefits-eligible employees of the University and WVU Medicine are eligible to receive an application fee waiver. When completing the application, you will reach the “Application Fee Waiver Eligibility” section. Please select the appropriate option and upload your employee ID or other proof of employment.
Tuition Waiver
Full-time WVU employees who have regular appointments that qualify for benefits are eligible for employee graduate tuition waivers. Tuition waivers are granted by the Office of Graduate Education and Life. For more information please contact graded@mail.wvu.edu.
